A black and white ornate damask-style floral panel, intricately detailed and perfectly symmetrical along the vertical center axis, in a square composition. White engraved scrollwork against a solid black background. A round pomegranate-flower medallion at the top, a geometric rosette in the center, and two poppies with radiating petals on the sides. Flowing acanthus scrolls, curling tendrils, laurel sprigs and beaded filigree fill all gaps. Looping ribbon bows at the lower sides and a fanned leaf flourish at the bottom center.
