A black and white patriotic emblem with a shield, two American flags, olive branches, arrows, and a banner.

A detailed heraldic shield filled with vertical stripes and a star-studded canton, centered with beveled edges. Two American flags on ornate spear-tipped poles cross diagonally behind the shield, draping outward in rich folds to each side. A bundle of arrows and a single olive branch cross beneath the shield base. A wide ribbon banner unfurls across the top reading "WE THE PEOPLE" and a lower banner reads "250 YEARS". A scattering of stars arcs across the very top edge.
